HR & Communications Director
Kate spent over 25 years working in the media industry where she was responsible for running commercials teams across print and digital publications with a reach of over 20 million consumers. Kate’s love of Suffolk and working with people lead her to move from London and her career into HR resulting in her joining James Blake Associates in 2021. She gained her CIPD qualification and is now using her experience and knowledge to help drive the people culture and initiatives at James Blake Associates.
With a strategic approach to HR and commercial acumen, Kate oversees the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent, ensuring that the team at JBA is composed of dedicated professionals who excel at delivering exceptional landscape design schemes and multi-disciplinary services as a trusted environmental consultancy.
Kate spends her life ferrying her son to rugby matches and tournaments and when she’s not driving across East Anglia, she can be found on the beach walking her dog with her husband, Adrian.
